It's safe to say procrastination is a part of human nature. It's a learned behavior we observe since we are children. Therefore it's no surprise how weaved in it is in our everyday life.
Whether it's time to do laundry or balance out a check book, we develop stopping strategies to prevent us and simultaneously make us feel good for not doing what we set out to do. Unfortunately this reward feels good for a moment before turning into guilt for not following through.
